Hi, I’m Jane.For over 20 years, I’ve helped people transform the way they move, from professional dancers to busy professionals and those recovering from injury, across Australia, Europe, and London.
I spent 16 years running a thriving Pilates and Gyrotonic® studio in Chelsea, London, working with clients who wanted more than just a workout. They wanted lasting strength, freedom from pain, and confidence in their bodies.
Today, I teach online and in person from Australia. Whether you're in France, the UK, New York, or on a boat in the Mediterranean, your practice can travel with you.
Why I Do This WorkI discovered Pilates at The Australian Ballet School, but it wasn’t until I faced a chronic back injury that I truly understood its power.
Pilates didn’t just help me recover. It saved me from spinal surgery and allowed me to continue performing pain free for years.
That experience shaped how I teach. I understand what it’s like to feel limited in your own body, and I know how life changing it is to move without pain again.
My ApproachMy teaching blends precision, rehabilitation principles, and intelligent movement training. Every session is tailored to you, your body, your goals, and your lifestyle.
I trained extensively in Australia and London, including:
- Apprenticeship at DMA Clinical Pilates, Australia
- Pilates Diploma with Alan Herdman, who pioneered Pilates in the UK
- BASI, Body Arts and Science International
- The Pilates Foundation UK
- First generation teachers including Lolita San Miguel, who was directly taught by Joseph Pilates
I’m also a qualified Gyrotonic® instructor, trained with founder Julio Horvath in Germany, a MOTR® instructor, certified gym and fitness instructor through Victoria University, and a graduate of The Australian Ballet School.
